REFUNDS
Only regularly priced services can be refunded. In general, services sold to customers cannot be refunded once delivered. We only make exceptions to this refund policy when the services delivered do not conform to the descriptions on this site; that is, we will refund your purchase when an error, not as a result of force majeure, results in the delivery of services that unequivocally and obviously do not conform to the described and intended scope and purpose of a purchase option.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted for software, services, among others.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days after delivery of the services. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will not be able to honor any refund or exchange requests.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR NON-RECEIVED RETURNS
If it appears that you have not received a refund, after authorization and confirmation, it is best to first check with your bank before contacting us. There is often a variable processing time before your refund is posted.
If this does not resolve the problem, contact your credit card issuer; again, please note that it may take some time before the refund is posted.
REIMBURSEMENT OF DISCOUNTED SERVICES
Only services at regular price can be reimbursed. Services offered at a discount for sale cannot be reimbursed.
